Laura Romine
CFO
Laura manages the club’s finances as CFO. Prior to HBS, she worked at PIMCO for four years in product strategy covering credit and ESG portfolios. She is involved in a variety of climate initiatives at HBS, including chairing the 2022 Climate Symposium. Over the summer, she worked on the Sustainability team at Aspiration, specifically on carbon credits. She also works part time at an impact measurement start-up for early-stage VCs and as an RC interned at URBAN-X sourcing early stage future of cities/mobility companies, with plans to continue working with climate start-ups and investors as an EC.

Carrie Ruh
Co-President
Carrie manages the club’s programming as the co-president of IIC. She is a joint degree student with Harvard Kennedy School. Before HBS, she began her career in economic consulting at Cornerstone Research. She also previously worked at Accion, a nonprofit focused on global financial inclusion, and Beyond Capital Ventures, an early-stage impact fund investing in emerging markets. She spent the past summer in Kenya working with CrossBoundary, where she advised investors on private equity transactions in East Africa.
Lee Scott
Co-President
Lee co-manages the club's programming. Before HBS, Lee worked at Y Analytics conducting impact assessments for the TPG Rise and Rise Climate Funds. She also worked at FoodFutureCo (a social enterprise accelerator), served as an AmeriCorps Vista with the City of Philadelphia, and completed Fulbright research with maize farmers in Malawi. Over the summer, she worked in investment banking on the Power and Renewables team with J.P. Morgan.
